The company were really good at keeping me informed from booking the initial quote and up to completion of the work. The installing team and plasterer were excellent despite the heatwave that started on the first day of the works.
A solid conservatory roof installation from CosyRoof will take between 1-3 days from old roof removal to internal plaster finish. If the conservatory is particularly large it may take up to 5 days to complete. I had my roof replaced 6 yrs ago and the internal ceiling plastering was terrible. I have had to get that replace red and then artexed together with other work around the join with the windows.
Still not entirely clear as to why building control not involved at the time, but I gather they will be coming in near future so hopefully this will not be an issue. The installation of my new roof only took two days from start to finish. The two installers worked extremely hard all day from 7.15am until 6.30pm and then the plasterer came the following day to plaster the new ceiling. I would be happy to recommend Cosyroof. The company was recommended by my sister who had them install her roof 4 years ago.
When you emailed us yesterday regarding this we had a surveyor call you immediately to offer a quote and you informed him that you had already gone with another company. Only called me yesterday after I emailed to say they are a dreadful company. Do note, while we always aim to give you accurate product info at the point of publication, unfortunately price and terms of products and deals can always be changed by the provider afterwards, so double check first.
It’s now 6 years since the work was done and now birds have gotten the roof space and it’s leaking. I have been waiting for a repair for 3 weeks and every time it rains the water comes into the conservatory. I am going to have to get another firm in to resolve the problem as Cosyroof are not responding to an urgent repair request. The builders were awesome and did the job with great skill and in a super quick time! Would highly recommend the whole process. If you are even considering this, get a quote!

We have used Cosy Roof before and as the last time, work was carried out efficiently . They arrived on time and completed the work in two half days , payment was straightforward. Also price was by far better than two other quotes we had. The two guys worked their socks off and I am really pleased with the result. The finish and attention to detail was second to none. Plastering of the ceiling also fantastic.I now have a room that is usable all the year round and I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.
